Athletics
Fall 2023 Athletics will begin August 14th, 2023. Boys and Girls Soccer, Football, Volleyball, Cross Country, Cheer and Dance.
ALL Athletes must be registered prior to tryouts. You must be registered and have your gold card in hand to be able to participate. Registration will begin the week of August 7th thru ParentVue. More information to come soon. Registration includes the following... Assumption of risk form including current health insurance information, extra curricular code of conduct form, random drug screen form and a current sports physical (good for 2 years) on file prior to the first day of practice. Registration will be done online thru ParentVue registration this year and not FamilyID. Payment can be made online or in the athletic office and must be made prior to the first day of practice unless payment arrangements have been made thru the athletic office.
Waterfall clinic is hosting a mobile sports physical clinic here at Marshfield August 7th, 8th and 9th from 9am - 2pm. The cost is $40. Please fill out the attached registration form prior to arrival.

Gold Card Checklist
- Code of Conduct read and signed by Parent and Student
- Assumption of risk read and signed by Parent and Student
- Insurance information - student MUST HAVE Medical Insurance prior to participation. School insurance available if private insurance not available. https://www.myers-stevens.com/
- Random Drug test Form signed by Parent and Student
- Sports Physical within the last 2 years. Please bring hard copy to the athletic office
