Our school is participating in the Oregon Healthy Teens Survey (OHT), a survey sponsored by the Oregon Health Authority Public Health Division and the Oregon Department of Education on May 2nd & 3rd for our 8th graders and May 8th for 11thgrade. The survey will gather information about health risk behaviors of students in grades 8 and 11. You can access information on our school website. If you wish for your student to opt out, please print the letter, fill out the form and return it to the principal’s office prior to the survey date.
