    BOYS GOLF Our boys golf team is at Quail Valley Golf Course for Monday and Tuesday, May 18-19 for the OSAA Championship.  Team includes:  Preston Luckman, Kasey Banks, Jacob Klein, Cody Easton and Jack Larson.  Boys Golf placed 3rd in state!

    GIRLS TENNIS Our girls tennis team are FWL District Co-Champions.  This is the first District Championship since 1968.  Three of our girls earned a trip to the OSAA championship held in Corvallis.  The three players include:  Katie Boesl, Desi Guirado and Cornelia Scheffold.

    BOYS and GIRLS TRACK Our boy and girls placed 2nd at the district track meet this past weekend.  We have the following athletes who will be participating at the OSAA Track Championships this coming weekend in Eugene on the campus of the University of Oregon.  The athletes include:  Hailee Woolsey, Isabel Groth, Trinity Trentz, Maddie Metzler, Adryana Chavez, Brittany Cook, Hannah Beaulieu, Savannah Thurman, McKenzie Allison, Jamie Anderson, Emily Anderson, Zach Kellar, Trevor Johnson, Justin Holman, Hunter Drops, Jacob Loenborg, Jesse Golder and Sawyer Heckard.  Maddie Metzler broke Fran Auer Sichting Worthen’s 100 dash record with a 12.13 time.  Fran’s record was set in 1972. 

    SOFTBALL  Our girls softball team won the league title by beating Douglas Trojans this past Friday.  This is the first league title in the history of softball at Marshfield High School!  Katelyn Rossback, Paige Tavernier, Carli Clarkson, Khalani Hoyer, Katie Maine, Savannah Williams, Sarah Allison, Makenzie Johnson, Sydney Baarstaad, Katie Sharp and Tori Tavernier.  Our softball team will host the first round of the OSAA State Playoffs May 27.

     BASEBALL Our baseball team will travel Thursday, May 21 to Sweet Home High School for a 4:30 start for the 4A State Play-in.  The game will be broadcast on KMHS radio.  Baseball players include: Braden Denton,  Nick Minton,  Tyler Campbell, James Kelland, Austin Soria,  Chase Dibala,  Ben Martin,  Andrew Sharp,  DJ Herrington,  Josh Phillips,  John Lahr,  Hunter Bales and  Andrew Falconer
