Marshfield Student Services Department

The Student Services staff at Marshfield High School is here to support students and families in many different ways.

We can assist with:

  • Community Resources – connecting families with local programs and support

  • Academic Planning – guidance on course selection and expanded options

  • Testing – guidance on college and career testing.  Pre ACT, Pre SAT, ACT, SAT, ACT Work Keys, ASVAB.  Watch for testing days to be posted.

  • College & Career Planning – helping students prepare for their post secondary plan

  • Graduation coaching – support students that are lacking credit to graduate on time

  • Health Services – school nursing and wellness support

  • Social & Emotional Support – assisting students as they navigate the challenges of high school

Our goal is to ensure every student has the resources and support they need to succeed.

Registration Information

For new students enrolling at Marshfield registration forms are located here:  MHS Registration Packet  Fill these out and return to the school. Below you will find the contact information for our Registrar, Stacie Culver and our Student Services Secretary, Rayna Martin. Please contact them in regards to the process for registering your student. After your student is registered they will need to meet with their counselor or case manager to create a class schedule.  It is very helpful to have a transcript from the student’s previous school

Counselor Assignments for 2025-2026

Have you lost or misplaced your high school diploma?  We are now able to have those reprinted for you through our current graduation supply company, Miners Graduation Services.  Please use the link provided to start your request for a replacement diploma.

Diploma Reprint

Miners Graduation Services will be verifying with Marshfield High School office, when and if you graduated, what diploma type you earned and if you owed fees and did not actually receive it (at which point they will not be able to provide you with one).  If you have any questions regarding this process you may contact our registrar, Stacie Culver, at 541/267-1400.
