Career Center Services and Resources

The Career Center is here to provide you with information to empower you to step into the future with confidence. You will receive much of this information in Advisory and through the Class of 2026 Google Classroom.

Remember: The Career Center provides support, but YOU are responsible for taking action, meeting deadlines, and following through!  You must check your emails and class of 2026 google classroom to keep up to date.  

  • FAFSA Assistance (if you receive a message that your social security has already been used, you must contact FAFSA directly, we cannot help you with this)  We do not have access to your account, but can provide computers and a little assistance in the process. 
  • Oregon Goes to College Night – November 12th, 6pm, Heritage Hall. Seniors that attend the entire presentation will be entered into a raffle to win a $1000 scholarship!
  • Assistance with college applications, essays, and resumes 
  • College and Career Fairs 
  • College Admission Representative Visits
  • Military Contact Information
  • MHS Local Scholarship Application (This is done online and submitted through a specific google classroom that will be available December 12th, you will be given information at the senior class meeting that day and emailed the code to join)
  • Coos Bay Student Loan Program
    • Coos Bay Student Loan Program  Information and how to apply for the Coos Bay student loan program.  This is a great option for our college students!
