Community outreach through the Coos Bay School District, the ARK Project and community contributors is in full swing

Students have been hard at work since we returned to school in September. Many Marshfield Manufacturing students have been coming in to help upgrade the shop to get it ready for when all of the students can return to campus. Some students have been coming in twice a week since September while others have been coming in 5 days a week and up to 2 hours a day.

Marshfield High School Construction Students worked hard to frame walls in our new MHS Wrestling Room. The CTE Construction Program provides students with classroom instruction and hands-on experiences in various aspects of the construction industry. Students will gain knowledge and apply it to the following areas: carpentry, electrical, masonry, and plumbing. A strong emphasis is placed on safety, career and college readiness, career exploratioon and construction competencies.
