Athletics
Fall 2024 Athletics will begin August 19th, 2024. Boys and Girls Soccer, Football, Volleyball, Cross Country, Cheer and Dance.
ALL Athletes must be registered prior to tryouts. You must be registered and have your gold card in hand to be able to participate. Registration will begin the week of August 5th thru ParentVue. Registration includes the following... Assumption of risk form including current health insurance information, extra curricular code of conduct form, random drug screen form and a current sports physical (good for 2 years) on file prior to the first day of practice. Payment can be made online or in the athletic office and must be made prior to the first day of practice unless payment arrangements have been made thru the athletic office.
Waterfall clinic is hosting a mobile sports physical clinic here at Marshfield August 15th, 2024 at Marshfield Junior High and August 22nd at Marshfield High School from 8:30am to noon.

Gold Card Checklist
- Code of Conduct read and signed by Parent and Student
- Assumption of risk read and signed by Parent and Student
- Insurance information - student MUST HAVE Medical Insurance prior to participation. School insurance available if private insurance not available. https://www.myers-stevens.com/
- Random Drug test Form signed by Parent and Student
- Sports Physical within the last 2 years. Please bring hard copy to the athletic office
